Nov 2009 - Congratulations to Angela W on a successful first solo flight on Saturday 14th Nov 2009 - she is our first Coffs flight student to reach this standard (here with Instructor Mike Jelliffe). Initial training was conducted by Mike at Lismore under Northern Rivers Aero Club (prior to the establishment of the Coffs Coast Aviation Centre flight school) using a Jabiru aircraft.

Angela successfully passed her Recreational Pilot Certificate Flight Test on 9th September, 2010 at Coffs Harbour (conducted by CFI Tom Strickland in our Foxbat aircraft), after completing post solo training at Coffs Harbour with Instructor Mike Jelliffe. Angela plans to continue training to gain her Commercial Pilot Licence.

Glenn gains Recreational Pilot Certificate

Glenn L became the first student pilot to complete all his training at Coffs Coast Aviation Centre through to successfully passing his Recreational Pilot Certificate flight test, conducted by CFI Tom Strickland in our Foxbat aircraft, seen here congratulating Glenn after the flight.

Glenn plans to continue training to Private Pilot Licence.
